Robin Singer

Robin is a German bodybuilder with a PRO card. As a teen, he battled obesity but then said goodbye to the fat and embraced a healthy lifestyle. He never imagined becoming a pro. He’s been competing since 2016, winning the German Cup, medalling at the Czech GP Pepa in Opava, and participating in the Arnold Classic Elite in Men’s Physique category. His wife, Theresa, is also a pro athlete in bikini fitness. Outside of sports, he works in finance and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Robin's advice:

Eat healthy but also treat yourself to something delicious sometimes. Train hard and smart, but also give your body enough rest and relaxation. Challenge your mind just as you challenge your body. Balance is the key to sustainable success.
