Theresa Singer

Theresa discovered weight training at 17 and quickly realized that this sport had become her passion and purpose. After earning the PRO card in 2021 and gaining years of stage experience, she’s now starting a new chapter in the NPC federation, determined to grow and establish herself on this path.

She loves creating special meals and experimenting in the kitchen – cooking is like therapy for Theresa. Her partner is Robin Singer, also a NUTREND ambassador, which makes her journey even more meaningful. They share not only a life together, but also a deep passion for fitness.

Be consistent and work hard. Don’t give up – even when progress feels slow or invisible. Learn from every competition, from every situation. You win some, you lose some – but every experience teaches you something.
