Use 3 capsules in the morning (30 minutes before breakfast) and 3 capsules at noon (30 minutes before lunch). It is recommended to use regularly for 3 weeks, take a one-week break, and then start using regularly for another three weeks. Do not use before bedtime. Do not exceed recommended dosage!
Swallow the capsules and wash down with enough water or sport drink, milk and alcoholic drinks are not suitable. Once opened, store at the temperature not exceeding 25 °C and consume within 3 months.
Food supplement. Does not replace varied diet. Do not take on an empty stomach. Consumption with other green tea products should not exceed 800 mg of EGCG per day. Keep out of reach of children! Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25 °C, out of direct sunlight. Protect from frost. The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper use or storage. May reduce blood clotting.
