Gluten-Free Oats

are easily digestible and serve as a great source of complex carbohydrates. Their lower glycemic index is another positive aspect. Oats are naturally free from gluten; any potential contamination usually occurs only during post-processing.

Superfoods

Chia and flax seeds are packed with nutrients. They naturally consist of a variety of functional components including fiber, vitamins, minerals, plant proteins and contain omega-3 fatty acids (ALA).

Recommended dosage

90 g serving is suitable as a breakfast or a snack. Maximum 1 serving per day.

Use

90 g = approx. 4 scoops. Place 1 serving in a suitable dish, add 100–125 ml of hot (not boiling) water, mix well, and let sit for a few minutes. After opening, store at temperature not exceeding 25 °C and consume within 2 months.
