50 g dose is suitable as a breakfast or snack in the morning or afternoonn, with at least 90 minutes before or after meal. It may be used after physical activity. Maximum 2 doses per day.
50 g = 1 serving. Put the content of the sachet into a suitable container, add 100 ml of hot water (not boiling) and stir. Cold water may also be used for preparation. After opening, the product is intended for immediate consumption.
