Shake a dose of 40 g intensively in a shaker with 250 ml of water or milk, till thickened. Based on daily protein need consume 1–2 portions per day, in between meals. Maximum 2 doses per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Once opened, the product is intended to consume immediately.
Food supplement with sweeteners. Does not replace a varied diet. Not intended for children. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, freeze and humidity.
