Recommended dosage

Activity duration up to 60 minutes: 2 tablets approx. 45 min. before the start of the physical activity.
Activity duration greater than 60 minutes: 2 tablets 45 min. before the start and 2 tablets halfway during the physical activity.

A maximum daily dose is 4 tablets. Wash down with a sufficient amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
