My order arrived damaged or is incomplete

We are very sorry that this situation has occurred. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@nutrend.cz and attach photos of the shipment as well as the damaged or missing goods. We will investigate your situation as quickly as possible and propose the fastest possible solution.

Why do you pack goods in used boxes?

We use boxes that have been created during our production or are packaging with outdated designs. Instead of disposing of them, we give them a second life and reuse them for shipping orders. This way, we reduce the amount of waste and limit the need for the production of new packaging materials, which is more environmentally friendly.

Is the goods in such a box safe?

Yes. The safety of the shipment is key for us. Each box undergoes inspection, and we only use those that are sturdy, clean, and fully functional for transport. We pack the goods inside using standard protective procedures to ensure maximum protection during transport.

Does the use of boxes affect the price or quality of shipping?

No. The use of reused packaging has no impact on the price or quality of delivery. We deliver shipments in the same standard way, with the same care and speed as with new packaging.

Can I get a new package?

We typically use reused boxes to be as environmentally friendly as possible. However, if you need a new package (for example, as a gift or for another reason), please leave a note on your order or contact our customer support – we will be happy to try to accommodate your request.
