Mix a dose of 32 g with 250 ml of water. Depending on a daily need of protein, consume 1–3 portions a day, between the meels. Once opened, the product is intended for immediate use.

The taste pleasantly surprised me but it could be less sweet. And the same to you Unisport Zero, I don't know if any of you even try to drink it? Dose - 10 ml straight up undrinkable as it is extremely oversweetened! And the size of the package is a tragedy, the bottle is like a pig and there is half of it inside.
