Mix a 30 g serving in 250 ml of water. Depending on your daily protein needs, consume 1-3 servings per day, between meals. Maximum 3 servings per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
1 scoop = approx. 15 g. Measure and mix in a shaker according to the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ºC and consume within 3 months.
