Use a maximum of 3 capsules per day. Take regularly for 4 weeks. Once the 4-week period has been completed, take a break from using the product for at least 4–6 weeks. It is recommended to combine with the consumption of carbohydrates (e.g., with gainers). Take with enough water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
