Vasodilation is the widening of blood vessels through which blood flow increases and it improves the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the muscles, which can then operate at a greater intensity.

Take 1 capsule 60 minutes before any physical activity and 1 capsule immediately after any physical activity. Wash down with a sufficient amount of water. Maximum daily dose is 2 capsules. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
