Training days: basic daily dose is 5 g after training. Another dose of 5 g may be used in the evening before bedtime. Non-training days: you may discontinue the use or continue using a dose of 5 g twice a day. Use the last dose in the evening before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
1 flat scoop = approx. 5 g. Measure according to the recommended dosage and mix with sports drink. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and use within 4 months.
